A fortress between sea and mountains

La Fonte farmhouse is located in an ideal position, halfway between the sea and the mountains. About 10 minutes away is the golden beach of Giulianova Lido (TE), from there it is very easy to reach the other pearls of the Abruzzo Adriatic, such as Roseto degli Abruzzi, Alba Adriatica, Tortoreto...

The imposing Gran Sasso, with its National Park, can be reached in about 50 minutes. Furthermore, the surrounding area is rich in history and tradition, with its churches, historic centres, castles (one for all, the Fortress of Civitella del Tronto) and towns of great tourist-cultural interest. Rome itself is only 200 km away.

For other recreational activities, about 1km away there is an equestrian center with swimming pool and wellness centre, which has an agreement with the farm. In the center of the town of Mosciano Sant'Angelo there is an astronomical observatory open to the public.
